While our Hermosa Beach schools are consistently recognized for their outstanding performance, they receive insufficient state funding to maintain the level of excellence our community expects. To bridge this gap, HBEF collects tax-deductible donations from Hermosa families, local businesses, and fundraising events each year. These contributions account for more than 6% of our district’s budget, enabling us to provide our students with a well-rounded education and remain competitive with neighboring school districts.
